Teri is the Principal CEO of Sholder Healthcare Consulting, and has served as Chief Quality Officer at BayCare Health System, Kettering Health, and a variety of other organizations where she has lead teams through deep transformations of inpatient hospital care coordination. She's one of those leaders that intimately understands the complex systems she works in, has the numbers at her fingertips, and is able to connect action to impact in huge ways. She's also just a ton of fun to talk to.
