Live on Offcall: An Antibiogram Becomes an Evidently Skill 💊
Last night on Offcall's AI 202, Dr. Graham Walker and Dr. Michael Hobbs showed clinicians how to move past one-off prompts, and Dr. Kai Romero demoed Evidently Skills live on LinkedIn.And as a result we have a very special live Skill of the Month: Inpatient Empiric Antibiotic Advisor, built by attaching a hospital antibiogram and writing one plain-English instruction. It pulls the full infection picture from the chart, cites every fact, and evaluates antibiotic selection against local susceptibility patterns.

Scaling Health AI Fall Summit 2026: That’s a Wrap! ⛰️🩺
Last month we brought 15 health AI leaders from 13 organizations together for two days of closed-door conversation at our second Scaling Health AI Summit to talk about some of the biggest challenges facing healthcare leaders today. To the attendees of this year’s fall summit: we can’t say thank you enough for the great company and honest, unvarnished discussion.

We're incredibly proud to share that Evidently has been nominated for the first-ever Prix Galien Patient First Award, which recognizes work that turns research into meaningful improvements in patient outcomes. A patient's own record is often their most durable advocate, and our job is to make sure all of it is in the room with the care team.Thank you to the Galien Foundation, our customer partners, and the clinicians who do this work every day.

"What do you mean my patient has had pancreatic surgery?" 👀
A long conversation at the bedside, and the details that changed the plan were still buried in outside records: an ejection fraction of 30% the patient didn't know about, a pancreatic surgery they forgot to mention, and alcohol use that never came up.Dr. Kalie Dove-Maguire, Dr. Kai Romero, and Mara Olson from Team Evidently talk through three cases where the full chart told a different story.

Ask Evidently has been a game-changer for our providers. And it aligns with our goals at Allina Health to provide effective and efficient experiences for our patients.”
