The Role

As Marketing Operations Lead, you'll be the nerve center for all marketing operations at Evidently. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll build and orchestrate the systems, processes, and execution that power our marketing engine. This is a high-impact role at a growing company where you'll wear lots of hats and have the opportunity to shape how we engage with customers, prospects, and the broader healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

Events Management

  • Own end-to-end logistics and coordination for first-party webinars, ensuring seamless execution from planning through follow-up
  • Manage third-party event sponsorships and speaking opportunities, including booth logistics and coordination with event organizers
  • Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, venues, and vendors

Customer Marketing

  • Build and drive the process for creating compelling case studies with customers, from identification through publication, coordinating the right specialists on the internal team to shape the story with the customer
  • Establish systematic approaches for gathering, curating, and publishing user testimonials across channels
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify and engage reference customers
  • Manage the customer story pipeline and ensure consistent production of social proof assets

Brand Operations

  • Build and drive processes around outbound campaigns, coordinating marketing collateral for cold outreach and advertising
  • Partner closely with Growth and Product teams to build the feedback loop internally so that what we hear from prospects and existing customers becomes a core part of how we iterate our story
  • Bring or build a network of contractors we can lean on for brand production - design, video, copywriting. You’re the person who knows a person for that thing!

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the operational backbone connecting Marketing with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Growth teams
  • Implement tools, workflows, and reporting that increase marketing team efficiency and impact
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing operations, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization

Requirements

Experience:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with progressive responsibility
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in trade shows and field events, with demonstrated success in healthcare or enterprise B2B environments
  • 3-4 years in cross-functional marketing leadership roles, working across teams to drive outcomes
  • Proven track record of building processes and systems that scale

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly

  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and can operate effectively with minimal direction
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure where none exists

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you'll establish the foundational processes and systems for events, customer marketing, and campaign operations. By six months, you'll have really impacted how we execute across these areas, with measurable improvements in quality of output and how we execute as a whole team. Within a year, you'll have built a scalable marketing operations function that enables Evidently to accelerate growth while maintaining excellence.

Compensation

•   Base: $160,000–$200,000 annually depending on experience and location.

•   Performance-based bonuses and equity compensation are included as part of the package.
