Implementation Project Manager

San Francisco, California
Clinical Success

The Role

As a Project Manager for Implementation at Evidently, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our clinical data intelligence platform—a solution designed to deliver actionable insights from real-time EHR and operational data directly into clinician workflows. Our platform empowers health systems to improve care quality, reduce costs, and enhance patient outcomes by surfacing relevant data at the point of care.

You will be the primary point of contact for our valued partners, guiding them through the process of adopting Evidently’s technology so they can unlock measurable improvements in care delivery. You’ll be the driving force behind seamless project execution—aligning stakeholders, configuring integrations, and ensuring that the insights Evidently generates are embedded into daily clinical practice.

If you thrive in a startup environment that values transparency, efficiency, and trust, and you are energized by bridging technology with healthcare operations, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead customer implementations from kickoff through post-go-live optimization, ensuring that Evidently’s platform is fully integrated with partner EHRs, operational systems, and clinical workflows.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for new deployments, instilling confidence in partners by driving on-time, high-quality implementations that result in successful pilots and long-term enterprise adoption.
  • Own and execute project plans, coordinating across internal product, data integration, and clinical informatics teams as well as partner IT, operations, and clinical leadership.
  • Guide customers through all phases of deployment: kickoff, data mapping, technical configuration, interoperability testing, clinician onboarding, go-live, and post-live stabilization.
  • Translate Evidently’s data intelligence capabilities into tangible outcomes for each site—aligning our tools with the partner’s strategic priorities.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, develop contingency plans, and remove blockers to keep implementations on track.
  • Develop and execute testing plans that validate both the accuracy of Evidently’s analytics and the usability of embedded insights in live workflows.
  • Partner with clinical champions at each site to optimize adoption, collect feedback, and inform product improvements.
  • Work with Evidently’s support and operations teams to refine implementation playbooks and ensure repeatable, scalable processes as the customer base grows.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record of managing healthcare technology implementations—preferably involving clinical decision support, analytics, or EHR-integrated tools.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data flows, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and the challenges of embedding new technology into existing clinical workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and synthesis skills—you can translate complex data and technical details into clear, actionable steps for clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Results-driven, comfortable working in fast-paced environments where rapid iteration and quick decision-making are the norm.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, especially with clinical and operational stakeholders at hospitals, health systems, and provider groups.
  • Ability to spot issues early and propose thoughtful solutions to maintain momentum.
  • Creative problem-solver with a bias toward action and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management for B2B software deployment, ideally in healthcare technology.
  • Experience with EHR system implementations—Epic experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with clinical quality measures, care pathways, and performance improvement methodologies is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

If you’re passionate about helping clinicians make better, faster, data-informed decisions at the point of care—and you thrive on delivering technology that truly moves the needle—you’ll fit right in at Evidently.
