The Role
At Evidently, the Clinical Success Specialist sits at the intersection of medicine, data science, and customer outcomes. You are the "Clinical Value Architect" who ensures our partners don’t just use a tool, but realize measurable improvements in patient care and institutional efficiency. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and the bedside reality of our clinical users. You won’t just demonstrate a product; you will partner with executive-level healthcare leaders to drive adoption, quantify clinical ROI, and serve as a peer-level thought partner in transforming institutional workflows. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring a blend of clinical expertise, analytical storytelling, and a relentless focus on customer success.
Who You’ll Work With
- You will join a deeply mission-driven team, working closely with colleagues who share a goal of giving superpowers to clinicians to improve patient care.
- You will work directly with clinicians and executive leaders across the country to not only streamline their workflows but also enable new capabilities to them.
- Team members located around the San Francisco Bay Area come to the office once or more weekly. While relocation is encouraged, we are a remote-first company, with quarterly meet-ups for remote workers. This role will involve up to 50% travel.
- You must be able to work during the core hours in the Pacific timezone. For compliance reasons, we cannot employ you outside the United States.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data-Driven Clinical Success & Education
- Evidence-Based Enablement: Design and lead high-impact clinical training programs to introduce new end-users to the Evidently platform. Translate complex workflow and data needs into actionable bedside behaviors for physicians and care teams.
- Training and Education: Demonstrate and teach new users how to get the most out of Evidently to care for their patients.
- Executive Delivery: Serve as a primary contact for C-suite stakeholders, providing regular updates on clinical outcomes and the economic ROI of the platform.
- Travel: Travel and on-site presence up to 50% of the time–this job is for folks who can be everywhere, and be awesome.
2. Evidence Synthesis & Market Advocacy
- Retrospective Win-Mining: Proactively uncover "hidden wins"—specific instances where Evidently improved outcomes—and advocate for these to be highlighted internally and externally. These may be quantitative or qualitative.
- Commercial Narrative Translation: Partner with the growth and marketing teams to translate complex clinical findings into compelling, referenceable case studies and narratives that resonate with a general audience without losing clinical integrity.
3. Product Consultant
- Clinical Feedback: As a clinician with experience in patient care, you’ll partner with product to give clinical insights into the optimal functioning of the product within your known workflows
- Internal Collaboration & Customer Advocacy: Serve as the internal clinical voice, bringing field insights into product roadmap discussions and collaborating with marketing on clinical content.
Qualifications
- Clinical Background: MD, DO, RN, PharmD or equivalent. Experience in clinical practice or implementation of clinical protocols is essential.
- Cross-domain Communication: Outstanding written and oral capabilities; able to navigate a peer-review session with a researcher, data-focused requirement discussion with engineering, and a creative brief with a Marketing Director with equal fluency.
- AI Fluency: Must be proficient in current consumer and/or clinical AI tools. Bonus points if you’ve helped develop them.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business Acumen: Understanding of healthcare economics, quality metrics (MIPS/HEDIS), and reimbursement structures.
- Data literacy: Understanding of data analytics, clinical research, and data manipulation.

Compensation
- Base: $160,000-225,000 annually depending on experience and location.
