YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
• exceptional project management of complex campaigns
• understanding of strategy and ensuring projects stay on target
• working in collaboration with your Account Director
• steering project timelines
• maintaining detailed, timely, accurate status reports and contact reports
• acting as the hub of the project team
• proactively anticipating issues, and identifying them to your Account Director
• daily Starbucks runs
YOUR TICKLE TRUNK SHOULD CONTAIN

• proven ability work well both independently and to motivate your team members

OUR MUST-HAVES
• a good Bachelor’s degree
• at least 4-5 years experience in client services at a creative agency
• excellent interpersonal skills
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• experience managing complex integrated campaigns (including broadcast and online)
• proven track record of kick-a$% project management skills

London & Toronto: Middleweight / Freelance Writers Wanted

Evidently is growing - and we’re looking for Middleweight Writers to join both our permanent and freelance families.*
Our writers obsess over the smallest of details when crafting scripts, speeches and copy for clients. And they do it all with a passion that comes from nothing more complicated than a love of words. Their time is spent searching for just the right pattern, rhythm and nuance to convey our clients’ messages and stir audience emotion.
One of our most recent projects is called Dear 16-year-old Me - you can have a look here.
Members of this team are responsible for all written content at Evidently and they tend to be the guardians of good grammar within our walls. That occasionally makes them unpopular. But, really, who could stay mad at someone who knows the meaning of synecdoche? Ah. Point taken.
On a daily basis you’d be:
• Participating collaboratively in creative development
• Generating story structures
• Copy-writing and editing
• Script writing
• Working on web and social media content
• Writing speeches and presentations
• Pointing out when the rest of us have spliced commas, dangled participles or otherwise
embarrassed ourselves
We’re looking for motivated self-starters with bags of writing talent. A background in creative writing or journalism is an asset, but not required. Your responsibilities would include:
• Working with clients (alongside our account team) to establish aims and objectives
• Analyzing existing data, market reports and trends
• Developing, managing and analyzing research projects
• Developing unique insights about our target(s) and effective ways to reach them
• Working with colleagues to develop strategic framework for campaigns / communications / content
• Briefing in creative sessions
• Presenting strategy to client
• Monitoring the success of the communications, suggesting changes and improvements
• Analyzing and presenting the results
Your tickle trunk should include:
• Ridiculously rigorous analytical skills
• A gift for pattern recognition
• A weird lust for logic
• A deep understanding of social media & fluency in all things digital
Our must-haves:
• A Bachelor’s degree

London: Excellent Producer / Directors Wanted

We’re looking for enthusiastic, intelligent and of course hard working producer/directors to join our busy agency.
You’ll need energy, enthusiasm and creativity along with a can-do attitude and great organisational skills.
You should be self-motivated and passionate about everything you do, with a solid producer/director background. Previous corporate experience is essential as well as the networking, negotiation and management skills to bring a production to life within budget and often with very tight timescales.

We’re always looking for experienced motion graphics designer/editors to join our busy post-production team. An interest and some skills in 3d would be an advantage but not vital.
You must ...
• Be excellent at After Effects with good working knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Have at least 3 years experience working regularly as a freelancer or as in-house motion graphics designer
• Be able to work to tight deadlines without whingeing
• Have a flair for creative design
• Be someone who is always learning
• Enjoy coming up with great ideas for all budget-sizes
• Have a current showreel of your own work
• Be really friendly and nice to have around
